I want to present this article entitled “Who is Responsible,” written by Dr. Hew Len and published in the www.self-i-dentity-through-hooponopono.com
Through a series of circumstances I had the opportunity to attend classes on Hooponopono conducted by Mary Koehler in Dublin in the fall of 2006, and for me it was a true rediscovery of the I-ness of the Self. Through the practice of thanksgiving, love and forgiveness toward my memories, I understood the effect of my thoughts, words and actions toward myself and others.
In those days that I was in Dublin, I had very severe pain in my sciatic nerve, the nature and cause of which I did not understand. I had difficulty walking and sitting. During the Hooponopono practice, the memory that was causing the pain emerged, I asked the memory for forgiveness, and to complete the cleansing process I ate a particular food that, according to the Hooponopono experience is a formidable tool for the problem-solving process. The pain went away in a very few days.
Hooponopono’s key points:
– Our only purpose is to be the I-entity of the Self.
– We need to be aware that we are 100% responsible
– Problems never come from outside
– Every problem resides in a memory of the past that is repeated , and memory cleaning solves the problem.
I thank Sandra Ingerman who first shared this wisdom with me.
We are truly in a dense web of interdependence with the world, people and things.
