Ho'oponopono SITH®
Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian process, updated for today’s use, that enables the RELEASE of problems and blockages that cause stress, imbalance and discomfort in the SELF.
In the Ho’oponopono process, the I-Dentity of the SELF consists of the three aspects of the SELF or MIND in cooperation with the Divine Creator. The SELF – Subconscious, Conscious and Superconscious or what Hawaiians call Unihipili, Uhane and Aumakua – exists in every atom and molecule of Creation. The three aspects are also known as the inner family: the father, mother and child.
The goal of Ho’oponopono is to bring peace and balance in a simple and effective way by purifying spiritually, mentally and physically through a process of repentance, forgiveness and transmutation.
Ho’oponopono can be used by everyone regardless of age, race or creed. It is interfaith, cross-cultural and international. The process is not limited to human use. It can be used for both animate and inanimate objects.

The solution is not to look for external causes, but to take 100% responsibility, asking the Divinity to purify these memories. Only by freeing the subconscious from the past can we return to the void and receive divine inspiration.
