Silent Solitude

Yesterday, in a moment of regression, I had thoughts of anger and resentment for some of my loved ones. I noticed them immediately and stopped them, but I felt that this was not enough. A thought, when expressed, is transmitted as a vibration throughout the surrounding invisible space, and it always reaches its destination. Therefore, I did not know how to remedy this weakness of mine. While I was in touch with Heaven above, I felt that the only way to undo what is done is to apply 12 Steps of the Self I-dentity Through Ho’oponopono Handbook. I sit down to begin, I have the manual in my hand, and I get a phone call from the person with whom I had been having these low vibration thoughts. I talk to her holding the manual in my hand. The phone call refreshes me a little, but I feel that the work of “undoing what has been done” must continue.

I finally end the day doing the 12 Steps: a relief, an indefinable release .

The ‘silent loneliness’ of the moment teaches me state of mind discipline, teaches me to love the good things in life, the small things, like cooking a dish or running. These are simple, elemental things that can be experienced in different ways. She, the ‘silent loneliness,’ teaches me to live them well, to be grateful for this long period of living alone with myself.

Plans, visions, and intentions yes, but never regrets and grudges: this is how I want to live, this is the only way for me to open up to the world, or rather, for the world to open up to me. If I don’t love it, how does it open up to me? If I don’t love myself, how do I open up to the world?
